Frankie Sandford spices up T4 awards show in Stars and Stripes hot pants

By DAILY MAIL REPORTER

Hot, hot, hot pants: Frankie Sandford sends temperatures soaring in these skimpy shorts at T4 Stars of 2010 awards, where she was performing with her band The Saturdays

The Saturdays beauty Frankie Sandford sent temperatures soaring with this tiny pair of Stars and Stripes hotpants as her band performed at the T4 Stars of 2010.

The sexy singer showed off tanned legs with the short shorts and teamed it with a cropped leather jacket as The Saturdays performed at today's awards show at Earls Court.

The girl band was just one of a long list of singers and bands taking part in the live show, which was showcasing the best of the musical acts to make their mark this year.

Meanwhile, her Saturdays band mate Rochelle Wiseman must have been dreading bumping into ex boyfriend JLS singer Marvin Humes, whose band was also performing.
It was thought this would be the first time the former lovers would come face to face since they split earlier this month.

The girls were on the same bill as JLS, but the two bands were put on opposite ends of the bill... which might have made things easier for former lovebirds Rochelle and Marvin

However, it would seem both parties took action to avoid bumping into each other.

According to reports, organisers of the T4 Stars of 2010 show were asked to keep the pair as far apart as possible to minimise the chance of them meeting as they 'weren't keen to spend too much time together after the split'.

The bands were given dressing rooms at opposite ends of the building and were scheduled to perform at opposite ends of the show.

Marvin, 25, and Rochelle, 21, got together in March but broke up earlier this month because of work commitments.

JLS and The Saturdays were just two of the acts on a huge line-up for the music event.

N-Dubz, Mark Ronson, The Wanted, Alexandra Burke, Tinie Tempah, Pixie Lott, Example, Olly Murs, Ellie Goulding and Tinchy Stryder were all due to make appearances.

Alexandra Burke cut a sultry figure as she stepped on stage in a slinky black number and matching strappy heels while Pixie Lott kept it cute in a short blue playsuit with black knee-length stockings and sparkly shoes.

Chart-topping rappers N-Dubz brought their brand of hip hop to the awards show.

The three-piece band - Dappy Contostavlos, his cousin Tulisa and best friend Richard 'Fazer' Rawson - have their own Channel 4 documentary called Being N-Dubz, in which a camera crew follows them around their old stomping ground in north London.
