And on the heels of her new memoir entitled "If You Ask Me", Betty touches on a personal topic that she previously dismissed and even poked a little fun at... Plastic surgery.

It was just last year when Ms. White made a few offhand comments about plastic surgery, saying "she's glad she hasn't gone under knife and wishes her old friends followed in her footsteps and grew old gracefully."

My problem is that I might go to an event or something and people I have known for years will come up to say hi and I don't recognize them.

I know the voice but here's this new face and I have no idea who it is. I'm just lucky gravity has taken over so I don't need it.

The cosmetic procedure that Betty admitted to was eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), an operation that typically reduces bagginess from lower eyelids and removes excess skin from the upper eyelids, which was preformed in 1976, a time when the actress wasn't initially thrilled with her cosmetic decision, until eventually accenting it later on.

It's not nice to fool Mother Nature! But in 1976 I had my eyelids done. I scolded myself forever, but now I'm glad I did it.

Well, i think it goes without saying, Betty White gets a pass on the whole 'deceiving' us thing. Her decades of joy and entertainment will suffice.

Now I'm gonna go out on a limb and say, Khun Sumanee Guna-Kasem probably went a little overboard with this whole plastic surgery thing. But hey, i bet she has a heart of gold... or maybe porcelain at this point.

Kenny Rogers Swears Off Cosmetic Surgery, Citing Kids and Risk

Over the course of his career, country music singer Kenny Rogers has experienced a wealth of success, charting over 120 songs and selling millions of memorable albums.

However, Mr. Rogers has also dealt with his own personal tragedy, which took place a few years back as he opted for an eyelid (blepharoplasty) procedure, that ultimately ended in less than desirable results.
Rogers, now 72 years old, has admitted that he would never dabble in plastic surgery again, citing his age, the overall danger, and his two young children as the reasons why he is done with cosmetic surgery.

At my age now, I would never do that again because I have two young kids and there's a danger with any surgery. He tells People Magazine.

Its nice to see that Kenny is keeping all his priorities in order, while choosing family and safety over cosmetic vanity.

Just keep doing what you do best, Mr. Rogers, which is writing, recording and producing great music for you're adoring fans around the world.

Long before her recent plastic surgery admission, Jane Fonda was front and center of numerous cosmetic surgery rumors throughout the years, now at age 73, she is coming clean about the procedures she has undergone.
On her own personal blog she wrote a few words about her recent work, and the new shorter haircut she used to offset any keen eyes.

I just had some 'work' done on my chin and neck and had the bags taken away from under my eyes. I decided to get a new haircut so people will think it's my new hair.

And in the latest issue of Good Housekeeping magazine, Ms. Fonda discussed her thought process before undergoing the knife...

I didn't think that I would want to have anything done but it actually got to the point where I would startle myself when I saw my reflection in the mirror.

I felt so great after a good night's sleep, and suddenly I'd look at a reflection of myself and didn't look like I felt.

Ah yes, its the magnificently talented Irish singer, musician and frontman of the tremendously successful rock band U2, Mr. Bono. And when the savvy sunglasses wearing saint isn't rocking the world with mystical melodious, hes putting forth an effort to rid the world of impoverished children.

And now for the reason your here... A few years ago, there was some buzz going around about Bono undergoing a little plastic surgery of his own, after the singer was spotted without his trademark sunglasses, looking a little polished around the eyes.

There was even a handful of certified plastic surgeons who gave their two cents about Bono's before and after look.

As well as the eye lift, he has probably had Botox to lift his brows because there is still a skin overhang in this area which wouldn't be there if he had had an upper blepharoplasty.

The before and after photos above, showcase the the singers inevitable signs of aging, with sagging and thinning skin, which ultimately transformed into an extra tight, tucked and supple looking result, perhaps due to procedures such as a facelift, eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), along with facial fillers like Restylane and Juvederm to smooth away deep wrinkles, and botox injections to tighten things up a bit.

From the looks of her pixelated before photo, I'd say Lyn May had a very nice and promising facial structure, with lovely large cheek bones and and exceptionally full lips, however that clearly wasn't "cutting" it for the B-movie actress.

And now as we glance at the after photo, we first take a deep breath and point to the area of her face which has been altered...
Lyn May has been suspected of undergoing the following plastic surgery procedures: Eye lift (blepharoplasty), nose job (rhinoplasty), cheek implants, lip injections and perhaps the most altering procedure of all appears to be a lifetime supply of facial fillers, perhaps Juvederm or Restylane among numerous other injectables which has seemingly rendered her face puffy and doughy looking.

If i had to piece together her appearance by recalling other botched plastic surgery victims, I'd mix in one scoop of Maria Geronazzo, a dash of Marijke Helwegen and two heaping handfuls of Jocelyn Wildenstein, plus a carrot on top.
And if i didn't know any better, i would say we're looking at a pair of good ol' fashion breast implants in this photo... Just call it a hunch.

But seriously, how does a plastic surgeon keep his or her license after preforming such a disastrous set of plastic surgery procedures? Assuming the doctor was even certified.

Last time we featured the actress, it was to showcase her exceedingly large lip injection/implants, however many other gossip sites believe Ms. Griffith has endured several other operations as well. Including an eye lift, brow lift, botox, cheek implants and perhaps even a mini face lift.

And due to her frozen forehead, elevated eyebrows and stiff facial expressions, it would seem quite evident that she has in fact received an ample amount of botox injections, along with a brow lift and eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty).
As for the other rumored procedures, cheek implants are a possibility, however it appears more likely she had some type of facial filler, which would explain the round plumpness to her face in the after photos.

It was all rainbows and lolly pops back then, aside from her bout with chronic depression and drug addiction, however more recently Karen Mulder has fallen on tough times after undergoing plastic surgery and then later allegedly threatening to attack her plastic surgeon.
It was never made clear which particular plastic surgery procedure the model was upset with, but these before and after pictures give us a good idea of what tool place.
