Everyone's favorite gossipy grandma and queen of all things plastic surgery, Joan Rivers is once again up to her old tricks... And this time she's taking viewers of her whimsical reality TV show Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best into the operating room for yet another cosmetic procedure.

78 year-old Rivers is quite candid when it comes to her plastic surgery escapades, and shes fully prepared to share her experimentation's with the world. Unfortunately its the world who is quivering back at Rivers with each and every stroke of the scalpel...

At this point, one might think Ms. Rivers hasn't any untucked flesh remaining, however the procedure 'du jour' was apparently a neck "tune-up", according to Joan.

Before being willed off to the operating room, Joan was seen while fully stripped of her usual heavily coated face paint, reveling a makeup-free plain view of her extensively modify mug.

Prior to the operation, daughter Melissa expressed displeasure in her mothers cosmetic addiction. Going as far as staging an intervention, and pleading with her to not undergo another procedure, saying "I don't want you to die." But Joan wasn't having any cosmetic compromises.

The always quick-witted Rivers' fired off numerous zingers including "My body is a temple, and my temple needs redecorating." Furthermore she explained how she wasn't opting for "a Chaz Bono" just a little nip.

Long before her recent plastic surgery admission, Jane Fonda was front and center of numerous cosmetic surgery rumors throughout the years, now at age 73, she is coming clean about the procedures she has undergone.
On her own personal blog she wrote a few words about her recent work, and the new shorter haircut she used to offset any keen eyes.

I just had some 'work' done on my chin and neck and had the bags taken away from under my eyes. I decided to get a new haircut so people will think it's my new hair.

And in the latest issue of Good Housekeeping magazine, Ms. Fonda discussed her thought process before undergoing the knife...

I didn't think that I would want to have anything done but it actually got to the point where I would startle myself when I saw my reflection in the mirror.

I felt so great after a good night's sleep, and suddenly I'd look at a reflection of myself and didn't look like I felt.

She is presumed to have undergone a blepharoplasty and neck lift operation, and the results of the eye work seem to be much more desirable and less drastic than the majority of similar procedures we've covered in the past. (Melanie Griffith, Kenny Rogers)

Here we see a collection of before and after photos of one, Lynne Curtin, a brief television star and former cast member on the television series The Real Housewives of Orange County. Though you may not recognize her at first sight, following her facelift procedure.

As you can see, Ms. Curtin's plastic surgery adventure ended much more pleasantly than we're accustom to seeing with the majority of Hollywood facelifts, however some would argue that her face is much too tight, which tends to cause strange artificial facial expressions.
Lynne Curtin was quoted as saying: "I'd always worked out a lot, but my head didn't match my body." and following the operation "It looks like the clock has been turned back 12 years on my face."

Clearly the targeted points of interest were the forehead and neck area, followed by a few touch-ups on her jowls, plus other sites have suggested she possibly opted for cheek implants as well.
And while we didn't bother to discuss her chest, it seemed quite obvious we're dealing with a typical case of tight tissue/low body fat, thus resulting in extra fake looking over sized breast implants.
