Oneal Ron Morris Pleads Not Guilty in Fix-A-Flat Horror Story

You may recall the story of Floridian transvestite Oneal Ron Morris, who was arrested and charged with practicing medicine without a license after he/she allegedly injected a mixture of flat-tire sealant, cement, and other toxic materials into three different individuals seeking a type of cosmetic enhancement.

The alleged crimes occurred in 2010 but the case is just now heading to court, and Mr/Mrs. Morris has officially pleaded NOT guilty. Stay tuned for updates, as we'll be keeping a close eye on this macabre morsel of back-ally malpractice.

All three victims in the case suffered a myriad of health complications including: infection, sores, flu symptoms, and severe discomfort. Additionally, one of the victims suffered significant facial disfiguration after the same concoction of toxic materials was injected into the cheeks, chin and lips of the individual. The other two victims received buttock injections.

Despite the allegations and charges issued in the case, Morris maintained his/her innocence while speaking with Entertainment Tonight...

They didn't catch me doing anything so it's just allegations. I'm innocent. Like, I really am innocent or whatever.

Hmm, sounds like something a guilty person might say... But lets not cast stones before the legal proceeding has run its course. Seriously though, what do you think about this crazy case?

It was 1974 when the world was first introduced to the blue-eyed, blonde hair, even-toed ungulate, known as Miss Piggy. Starring alongside her life partner Kermit the Frog, she became a household name for her work on the wildly popular television program The Muppet Show.

Successful as she was in her heyday, Miss Piggy saw her career spiraling out of control after numerous instances of bad publicity surfaced in tabloid magazines. Never a bore, her swineness was photographed while foraging at a swanky New York City restaurant, clinching a BLT. Needless to say the backlash from PETA was overwhelming.

I've never really had a problem with aging. It’s not that I have wrinkles. The truth is that stuff they inject into your face and your lips… Restylane, That stuff comes from my people. They get that from pigs.

And while appearing on the daytime talk show Anderson, CNN's Dr. Sanjay Gupta commented "That forehead doesn't move at all does it?"

No it doesn't. There's hardly a single expression I can make on this face.

Miss Piggy has since confessed to using botox injections in an effort to fight the aging process. But its what she hasn't admitted to that's causing even more controversy...

A quick glance at her before and after photo (above) and its painfully obvious that she's undergone at least one stout job, an eye lift, and had her ears pinned.

The botox, fillers, and other more invasive plastic surgery procedures have transformed everyone's favorite piglet into a mere caricature of her former self. I only hope this doesn't rub off on Kermit, because the last thing anyone wants hear is 'Kermie's gettin' a neck lift'.

In America, we celebrate youth and all youth's indiscretions and follies. We cling to the shiny new thing, we stare at altered photographs and wonder why we don't measure up. If you stripped away all the airbrushing and injectables and stylists and talented make-up and hair teams and the thousands and thousands of dollars spent on any one image, and you look at them in the mirror -- the deep dark truthful mirror -- you might just see yourself.

Wonderfully spoken words indeed, and a message worthy of being broadcast to the masses.

Today's tale of plastic surgery takes us out to the ballpark, where Major League Baseball player, Jonathon Niese opted for a nose job (rhinoplasty) procedure during the offseason, after former fellow teammate Carlos Beltran made a proposition to foot the bill for the operation.

As you can see, this photo comparison isn't the most telling before and after snapshot, however this is the only 'after' image released thus far. But it is quite apparent that the focus of the procedure was on the curvature of the tip.

Niese, a three-year MLB veteran pitcher, explained to an ESPN reporter how this whole thing came about.

It's helped a lot with my running, it helps with my working out. As far as the mound, I'm not sure.

Early reports are indicating that 'nose job advocate' Carlos Beltran has yet to cough up the cash for the operation, as promised. But something tells us he'll be doing so in the near future, seeing how this story is garnering so much attention.

This is undoubtedly one for the MLB record books, as we're all but certain this is the first ever 'sacrifice-nose job' in the sports history.

The story itself is somewhat mind boggling, and borderline offensive for Beltran to critique another teammates visual appearance... And then suggest plastic surgery. During a recent appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman, show business beauty Minka Kelly shared a peculiar, yet not so uncommon story concerning plastic surgery and temptation.

Kelly explained how at the ripe age of nineteen she was approached by a woman, an ex-playboy playmate who was interested in managing her career. Fully equipped with a job working at a cosmetic surgeons office, in exchange for plastic surgery?

She was very seductive and said that she wanted to manage me and that I had a lot of potential. She said that she could get me a job at this doctor's office in return for plastic surgery which I would need to be a Playboy Playmate.

Further suggesting that Ms. Minka consider getting "lipo, fake breasts, a few veneers and all kinds of stuff."

Despite initially accenting the job offer, Minka quickly reevaluated the situation, realizing she never wanted plastic surgery in the first place, and promptly cut ties with the before-mentioned hooligans.

When I told her that I didn't want all that stuff, she said I would never be Playmate of the Year and I said, 'I think that's okay. I'm okay with that.'

Luckily, Ms. Minka quickly arrived to her senses before undergoing any of the procedures promised. Unfortunately, its weaselly propositions of this nature that often lead young fresh-faced aspiring starlets down a path of unnecessary plastic surgery.

There comes a time in every actresses life when decisions have to be made. Whether to age gracefully and remain true to ones natural beauty... or seek out and embrace an artificial and often dangerous form of anti-aging known as cosmetic surgery.

Award-winning actress, Reese Witherspoon recently sat down with Glamour magazine and shared her thoughts on the topic of plastic surgery. And while she isn't the least bit interested at the moment, she also didn't completely rule out the possibility of future procedures.

I'm not for it. I'm not against it. I have plenty of friends who do stuff and if it makes you feel good, great. But I don't think it's the fix for some sort of unease that you're having about who you are as a human being.

Within her statement, Ms. Witherspoon touches on an important yet easily forgotten message. Plastic surgery isn't a cure-all solution that's going to revolutionize your way of existing in a positive manner.

Instead, we commonly see patients who develop a cosmetic addiction, opting for procedure after procedure, a little nip here and a little tuck there... Ultimately transforming themselves into a completely different person. Which generally isn't the idea when entering the operating room, unless its for witness protection purposes.

Two Botched Surgeries, One Doctor: Texas Family Outraged

Plastic surgery gone wrong is what two families are proclaiming after a pair of women become hospital bound after undergoing plastic surgery by Dr. Hector Oscar Molina.

Botched Surgery Number One:

A 28-year-old Dallas woman reportedly endured a nightmarish breast augmentation and arm lift operation that resulted in open wounds and a dangerous infection.

The 28-year-old woman, who wished to be left unnamed, sought out the services of Dr. Hector Oscar Molina, an Irving based cosmetic surgeon who preformed the breast augmentation and arm lift procedure.

The woman's mother said the operation lasted "17 hours" and that she feared for her daughter.

I was so scared for my daughter. When he took off all of the bandages, we saw the wounds and they were so open and infected.

Nine days following the operation the patient was taken to a Baylor area hospital where doctors treated her wounds and opted to remove her breast implants.

The patient's sister elaborated on what took place in the operating room on the day of the surgery preformed by Dr. Hector Oscar Molina.

All of a sudden I heard her scream. I was like what is going on? She was awake and they were just shooting her up with drugs. They were doing her left implant and it was hurting.

Botched Surgery Number Two:

In April of 2011 an EMS unit was dispatched to the same clinic after Dr. Hector Oscar Molina reportedly botched a butt lift operation on a woman by injecting fat too deep, reaching the underlining muscles and nerves. The patient was reportedly left alone, accompanied by only a friend while recovering at the clinic.

The 911 caller said...

I am here with one of my friends who had surgery today. She cannot feel the bottom on her feet and she does not feel good at all. There is nobody here, just me and her.

Currently facing A lawsuit, Dr. Molina has denied all such claims in the case. He issued a statement saying: because of pending litigation I cannot make any further comments.

The investigation is ongoing, and Molina currently possesses a licenses to practice. Meanwhile there are two women and two families who are completely devastated with the outcome of the surgery, the pain and suffering endured, while extremely frustrated with the medical board for their lack of reprimand. Furthermore, both of the patients are lacking health insurance.

Interesting logic indeed, however in many cases its after a person becomes famous when they decide to opt for plastic surgery. And if it only "looks like that when I sing", she must be a certified ventriloquist.

In our best estimation, Lana "lips" Del Rey is the recipient of a non-surgical lip augmentation procedure, commonly referred to as lip injections (collagen, restylane, artecoll). There is of course a slight possibility that her lip inflation could be the result of lip implants (goretex, softform, fat grafting), which can sometimes bare a similar appearance.

And while Lana Del Rey vehemently denies getting plastic surgery, its awfully hard to argue with those pesky before and after photos. Other have mentioned a possible nose job as well, but that procedure is still highly debatable until we see a better 'before' photo. Checkout the current comparison and leave some feedback below.

Sheyla Hershey New Breast Implants: 2011 Plastic Surgery

Last time we caught up with world renowned breast implant enthusiast Sheyla Hershey, she was hospitalized after a reported suicide attempt via a bottle of sleeping pills. This was shortly after she battled a severe staph infection that prompted the removal of her 38KKK breast implants.

Since her recovery and the removal of her famous implants, Sheyla's ongoing battle with self-acceptance and contentment has hit another stumbling block, as Ms. Hershey has reportedly once again undergone plastic surgery for yet another breast augmentation procedure.

Despite the wishes of her family and the recommendation from her doctor, Sheyla Hershey recently underwent breast enhancement surgery in Cancun, Mexico. The procedure increased her bust size back to 38KKK. That's over 4,000 cc's of saline!

Sheyla Hershey's family and friends are obviously concerned with her state of mind, and more importantly her health and well-being. Hershey recently spoke about the concerns of her husband...

He doesn't want me to keep on having these operations and he says that every time I go he thinks I might not come back alive. My husband worried I wouldn’t come back alive, but I just wanted to have my breasts again.

Derek says he doesn’t want me to look like a porn star and tells me that I have a daughter now. He says, 'how do you think your little girl will look at you and your breasts?' I tell him that she loves them and that I am a good mother.

At this point we're just glad that Sheyla Hershey is alive and well. With that being said, she seriously needs an intervention to help overcome these dreadful self-image issues.

JWoww Denies Getting Plastic Surgery: Nose Job, Cheek, Chin

You know its a slow news day for celebrity plastic surgery when we start reporting on a member of the Jersey Shore, and its not Snooki...

Jenni JWoww Farley has never been one to shy away from rumors and speculation, in fact she seems to be quite fond of discussing her breast implants. But its a number of other cosmetic accusations that has sparked Ms. Farley to retort a slew of rumors on a recent episode of The Wendy Williams Show.

These preconceived cosmetic rumors include a nose job, lip injections, and the alteration of her cheeks perhaps via fillers or implants.

JWoww insists that she hasn't undergone any plastic surgery whatsoever, aside from her sizable implants. She went on to say...

They say I got my cheeks done, they say I got my nose, my chin. I just lost 15 pounds, and it was all in my face and neck. That's what was insulting to me, because I was like, 'What did my nose look like 15 pounds ago?

We never bought in to any of the nose job gossip, but its seems pretty clear from her most recent photos that her appearance has changed, ever so slightly.



Could it really be attributed to the 15 pounds that Jwoww lost? Sure, but her change in appearance could also be the result of botox experimentation. You make the call. I would say "stay tuned" but we'll probably never get back to this edge-of-your-seat story.

Fix-A-Flat Butt Enlargement: Woman Has Tire Sealant, Cement Injected Into Buttock

Today's twisted tale of plastic surgery takes us to Miami Gardens, Florida where a transgender woman is currently facing criminal changes for practicing medicine without a license with serious bodily injury, while posing as a plastic surgeon.

The suspect, Oneal Ron Morris (30), seen here in a awfully bizarre looking mugshot... is said to have injected a woman's buttock with a concoction of cement, mineral oil, and a flat-tire sealant known as 'Fix a Flat' (the stuff used on car tires!) back in May of 2010.

To complete the $700 procedure which included a series of injections, Morris then sealed the small incisions using super glue. Needless to say, the unnamed victim in the case was hospitalized with symptoms including severe abdominal pain, flu-like symptoms and infected sores on her buttock.

The victim initially sought medical attention at two area hospitals, but departed both hospitals before actually being treated, due to embarrassment. It wasn't until the victims mother took her to a third hospital that she was treated. At which point doctors notified the Department of Health and subsequently the police.

Police said that Mr/Mrs. Morris had alluded authorities for over a year before being arrested last week. Reports indicate that Morris is currently out of jail on bond.

As for the mind bogglingly strange mugshot photo of Morris, seen sporting a abnormally over-sized lower region. We can only imagine, if he/she used tire sealant on his/her victim, he/she probably installed the entire wheel into his/her backside...

Wow, this really takes the cake! Without a doubt, this is the most bizarre case of botched plastic surgery in the history of cosmetics. If this can even be consider as "plastic surgery".

Somewhere right now Kim Kardashian and Coco Austin must be saying "well, this is just ridiculous!". Celebrity butt implants and injections don't stand a chance against this monstrosity.

While promoting her latest book entitled Confessions of a Guidette, Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi stopped by the Wendy Williams Show to chat it up with everyone's favorite soul sister.

During the interview the topic of plastic surgery came up, as Ms. Williams alluded to fellow Jersey Shore castmate Jenni 'Jwoww' Farley not being shy about her breast augmentation surgery. Which prompted the question, "would you ever consider having plastic surgery" Snooki?

I really want to get my boobs done but I’m scared. Because you know, like, when you hear those stories that you are under anesthesia and that you feel everything but you can’t say anything? I’m scared that is going to happen to me.

We're proud of Snooki for recognizing the potential risks associated with going under the knife, while bringing awareness to the troubling plastic surgery horror stories that are all too real. Perhaps this simple statement will discourage some of her loyal fans from taking the cosmetic plunge.

After Williams countered with a cup-size compliment about her natural bust, Ms. Polizzi went on to say...

Well my boobs are great, but um, when you lay down, you know if you have natural boobs, they go to the side and it’s annoying. And I always want them to just stay there.

Snooki may be a bad role model with her promotion of a wild booze-ridden partying lifestyle, but if she is willing to spread the anti-plastic surgery message to her hoards of meatball followers, she suddenly becomes a little more tolerable in our eyes.

Mariel Hemingway Surgery Side Effect: Breast Implant Removal

Plastic surgery is often portrayed as being a glamorous 'enhancement' to the human body, however, its the lesser publicized aspects of the surgery that are truly cringe-worthy.

And no matter how safe plastic surgery is sometimes perceived as being, there are numerous potential risks associated with the plethora of procedures that people choose to undergo.

30 years ago, actress Mariel Hemingway was just getting her feet wet in the show business industry when she opted for breast augmentation surgery. A decision that was accompanied by serious side effects, after one of her breast implants ruptured, causing silicone to leak into her bloodstream.

She recently sat down with Entertainment Tonight and said...

I actually had silicone in my blood. So I did hyperbaric oxygen treatment to turn the silicone into silicone citrate so it could pass, but it took a long time to get that out of my system.

Despite the complications, Hemingway then opted to have her silicone implants replaced with a saline substitute, until the actress ultimately 'saw the light' and had those implants removed as well.

She also spoke about plastic surgery awareness, and the necessity of informing the patient about potential dangers prior to undergoing the knife.

People have a right to know what the truth is about these things. You can make any choice you want ... but know when you put plastic in your body you might have a reaction. Maybe you won't, and some don't. But you might.

Sound words of advice coming from the actress who starred in films such as Manhattan, Star 80, and my personal favorite Bad Moon. Her current stance on cosmetic surgery is "I really believe in being natural." Shout it from the rooftop, Mariel!

Mariel Hemingway also spoke out against the use of botox, lip injections and facial filler, which she confessed to trying and ultimately disliking. Saying "It was all wrong. I felt bloated."
