By simply comparing her many before and after snapshots, it appears unequivocally obvious that yes, Ms. Diaz did in fact opt for breast enhancement surgery. It would appear that her once A-cup bust has been increased to a B-cup size following a presumed breast augmentation operation.
Despite the tell-tale signs displayed in these before and after comparisons, its all speculation until Cameron confirms the alleged boob job procedure. But at this point it would appear to be pretty solid speculation.
