After laying low for the past few months, Lady Gaga is once again creating buzz and making headlines. This time the provocative poseur was photographed leaving her New York City hotel while donning an open cut blouse and showing off what appears to be a newly acquired pair of breast implants.

Rumors of surgical enhancement first began to swirl after Ms. Gaga posed virtually topless in L’Uomo Vogue magazine. A photo spread that showcased the otherworldly lady looking larger in the chest department.

Lady Gaga insists that she was "born this way" in one of her hit chart-topping singles, but these before and after photos are telling an entirely different story. Perhaps the song was referring to a mental aspect, a state of mind, instead of psychical charismatics. Because cosmetic plastic surgery certainly isn't God-given.

Many Gaga supporters are rejecting the idea of plastic surgery, instead attributing her increased bust size to weight gain or a well-fitted wonder bra. Two plausible arguments indeed, but Lady Gaga's weight fluctuation has never resulted in her breasts looking this enhanced before. And while a wonder bra can surely work wonders, this appears to be more than just a material boast.
