Even little Mason sported a coordinating black and white outfit Wednesday, as aunt Kim stopped to pose with fans.
Kourtney's boyfriend, Scott Disick, met the group outside the airport.
Kim will mark her milestone birthday on Friday with a party at TAO nightclub, although her actual birthday is next week.
The TV star has reportedly decided not to invite her professional football player, ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush 'because she doesn't want the attention it would bring,' according to RadarOnline.com.
