Hawaiian getaway: Britney Spears and Jason Trawick have been on holiday in Hawaii for the past two weeks
She's been seen showing off her toned new body in a variety of bikinis while on vacation in Hawaii.
But there's at least one person who apparently has no wish to see Britney Spears anything close to naked ever again.
A lawsuit has been filed by former bodyguard Fernando Flores, accusing the singer of sexual harassment and abusing her children.
Flores claims that while he was working for her, Britney made 'repeated unwanted sexual advances' towards him.
The suit, which the star's family apparently dismiss as 'absurd', describes an alleged incident where Britney exposed herself.
'She [Britney] was wearing a white lace, see-through dress,' the suit says.
'She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores].
'The incident caused [Flores] shock and disgust.'
Troubled: Flores is accusing Britney of sexual harassment and of abusing her children Sean Preston, four, and Jayden James, three
The suit also details another alleged instance where Flores was called to Britney's room, where he found her standing naked.
'After an awkward silence during which [Britney] just stood naked before [Flores], [Flores] asked Spears if she needed anything. After some hesitation, Spears asked [Flores] to get her two bottles of 7 Up.'
And the 28-year-old allegedly told Flores, 'You know you liked it.'
Innocent or guilt? Britney dons a turquoise bikini by the pool in Maui
The suit goes on to claim that 'In addition to exposing herself to [Flores], Spears engaged in numerous sex acts in front of [Flores].'
Flores also claims that he saw Britney abusing her sons Sean Preston, four, and Jayden James, three.
He alleges that on one occasion, Britney demanded Flores' belt, then walked in the house and twice 'savagely hit the small child [Preston]' with it.
A world away: Britney and Jason get close in the Maui surf
On another occasion, Britney allegedly made the children eat crabmeat even though she knew they had serious fish allergies.
When both kids started vomiting, Spears apparently wouldn't allow anyone to intervene saying, 'Mind your own f***ing business!'
The papers continue: 'Plaintiff perceived, during security checks of the perimeter, Defendant loudly having sexual relations while her two children were in the suite with her.'
Flores will file the suit this afternoon at the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
Grandma time: While mum's in Hawaii, Britney's boys Jayden and Sean Preston play on the beach in Santa Barbara with grandparents Jamie and Lynn Spears
But Flores has been branded a 'disgruntled' and 'opportunistic' former employee by sources close to the star, with another insider telling TMZ: 'The allegations made by Fernando Flores are absurd.'
Children Services are believed to have investigated - as they are required to do under Californian law - and determined the claim had no merit.
'Social workers visited Britney's house recently about the abuse allegations,' a family source is quoted as telling Radar Online.
'Anytime anyone makes a report to child protective services, a welfare check is required to be made under law to further investigate.'
The source added: 'It doesn't matter who has made the claim, or how outlandish it may seem. During the visit by officials, there was absolutely no signs of abuse.
'The boys are happy, well-adjusted toddlers that love their mama, and Britney is fiercely protective of them.'
