Pixie has a Lott of fun as she puts on tactile show of affection with her brunette friend in Spain

At just 19, pop star Pixie Lott admits she's never had a boyfriend.

But given her tactile display of affection for her best friend on holiday in Spain last week, perhaps the singer is giving men the wrong impression.

There is, of course, the very plausible chance that the bikini-clad teenager was simply playing up to the paparazzi as she put on a provocative display with her brunette companion in the pool.

After a busy year promoting her album and performing at festival gigs, the Essex-native and rapper pal Chipmunk headed to Puerto Banus for a few days R&R.

Although Chipmunk is said to have a crush on the singer, who he publicly described as 'beautiful', he didn't have a chance of getting close to Lott as she doted on her friend.

Wearing a green bikini and Ray Ban sunglasses, the Boys And Girls hitmaker cuddled and wrapped her legs around her mystery gal pal.

After a cooling dip in the pool, they retreated to a round red sunbed at the Sisu Boutique Hotel to work on their tan.

Lott interrupted her friend's tanning session by lying across her stomach and at one point the pair put their heads towards each other, appearing if they were about to kiss each other.

An onlooker at the three-star hotel said: 'Pixie and her friend couldn't keep their hands off each other whilst Chipmunk watched on waiting for his turn.

'At one point I thought they were even going to have a kiss.'


Earlier this year, Lott admitted she had never had a relationship due to her busy lifestyle.

She said: 'I'm interested in boys, but I haven't really had a proper relationship. I don't know why.

'I've dated a lot, but I've always been working on trying to do this from such a young age. I've always been in the studio, at auditions and stuff. And at my stage school most of the boys were gay, so I've got a lot of great gay friends.'
