N-Dubz frontman Dappy dumped by pregnant girlfriend over 'numerous affairs'

Split: Kaye Vassell has dumped Dappy after allegations of numerous affairs during the course of their three-year relationship

N-Dubz frontman Dappy has been dumped by his long-term girlfriend Kaye Vassell.

The pop star, real name Costas Dinos Contostavlos, has been accused of being a love cheat and verbally abusive to 19-year-old Kaye, who is the mother of his one-year-old son and pregnant with his second child.

Dappy, 22, from North London, had been involved with Kaye for three years, during which time she claims he cheated on her on numerous occasions

Affair: The N-Dubz star is alleged to have left Kaye for Georgia Amodu

Kaye said her relationship with the chart-topper changed after son Gino's birth.

'He said he didn't want it to come out in public that he had a girlfriend and a baby as it would affect his career,' she told the Sun.

'He said it was important that girls thought he was single. He didn't tell me the reason he kept me secret for years was so he could see other girls.'

Kaye said: 'He's hurt me beyond belief, so I'm walking away. Dappy just isn't mature enough to have a proper relationship.

'He's confessed to six affairs, but I get messages every day from girls who say they've slept with him. I've kept quiet but Dappy's shown me no respect. He's the father of my son, but he behaves like a child, not a man.'

Kaye took the pop star back last month after he briefly left her for his tour dancer Georgia Amodu.

And when Kaye made allegations that Dappy was abusive towards her, it prompted hate mail from his fans.

She said: 'He has a verbally abusive side, and because he can't not talk about his life, I get hate mail from fans who believe everything he says.

'They call me a b**** or write "We Hate Kaye Vassell". It's hard to be hated by so many 12-year-olds.

'It didn't help when Dappy admitted Shoulda Put Something On was about us.

'How do you tell your son that his dad wishes he'd worn a condom? I was in tears when he put that song on the album.'

Kids' TV fan: Kaye Vassell claims Dappy loves Iggle Piggle (right)

And, amusingly, she blew Dappy's tough guy image apart by claiming he adored children's TV character Iggle Piggle.

Kaye revealed to The Sun: 'He started watching the BBC kids' show In The Night Garden when Gino was born, and now he's hooked. His particular love is Iggle Piggle.

'He loves Iggle Piggle so much he went out to buy every Iggle Piggle soft toy that's available. He takes one of the toys on tour and he just says, 'It's Iggle, innit'. It's funny.'

Dappy said last night: "I'm standing by Kaye, our son and unborn baby. I will always be there for her."
